Get Involved with The Opportunity Shop

We are in particular need of people to donate time to help run the gallery during open hours. If you are available, please please contact us with your availability.

If you are interested in participating in The Op Shop in any form, please contact us. Many projects will be on view for the duration of the exhibition, while other events may only take up the space of en evening. If you wish to use the space for a meeting, a happening, a performance, a musical debut, a dance lesson, a workshop or reading and such, please contact us at least two days in advance of your proposed date. Artists are responsible for their own fliers and posters, but we will put you on the calendar and send out a weekly schedule to our mailing list. We also welcome volunteers looking for other ways to participate. Organizational work, website maintenance, documentary photography and video, hosting events are just a few areas where we may need help.

For the next Op Shop we will have an artist run thrift store, for this we are looking for donations of ephemera and objects of curiosity of all kinds. Editions, zines and prints are also desired for the shop, 25% of all sales in the editions shop go to the Op Shop.
